Reintegration Bridge Support helps graduates of our in-custody programs carry their progress forward after release. Reentry is a moment — reintegration is the long work of rebuilding stability, relationships, and belonging, often under intense pressure and system barriers like parole requirements. We provide structured support that helps returning participants and their families apply restorative tools in real life, stay connected to pro-social support, and access pathways to training and work, including opportunities for trained mediators as roles and placements become available.

  • Practical coaching on applying restorative tools in daily life — communication, conflict de-escalation, and repair when harm occurs

We set clear expectations and focus on practical application in real-life situations. This program supports reintegration and relationship stability — and it does not replace clinical treatment, legal counsel, or crisis response.
