Reintegration Bridge Support
Structured support that helps program graduates come home with continuity, connection, and practical tools for reintegration.
Reintegration Bridge Support helps graduates of our in-custody programs carry their progress forward after release. Reentry is a moment — reintegration is the long work of rebuilding stability, relationships, and belonging, often under intense pressure and system barriers like parole requirements. We provide structured support that helps returning participants and their families apply restorative tools in real life, stay connected to pro-social support, and access pathways to training and work, including opportunities for trained mediators as roles and placements become available.
What We Offer
- Structured reentry check-ins and support to help participants stay grounded, connected, and accountable during the transition home
- Practical coaching on applying restorative tools in daily life — communication, conflict de-escalation, and repair when harm occurs
- Family and relationship support to rebuild trust, set realistic expectations, and reduce avoidable conflict
- Connection to pro-social community and resources through partner networks where available
- Pathways to training and work that build on participants’ leadership and facilitation skills, including mediation-related opportunities when available
